About the gown
Type of course
- For both purchase and rental, two types of courses are available: Master’s degree graduates (including Master’s degree graduates, Professional degree graduates) and Doctor’s degree graduates.

This set includes the gown itself, a hood, and a hat (free size).
*All rental gowns for the 2021 school year will be brand new. In the following years, gowns that have been worn will be cleaned, so the detailed specifications and condition of the items will vary. Please be aware of this in advance.

Specifications
he ceremonial gown must be worn with the gown, hood, and cap specified for each degree program (see the figure below).
*For professional degree programs, please wear a master’s gown.

How to Wear
1.Put on the gown, put on the sleeves and fasten the front hooks.
2.Put the string attached to the hood on the button.(*It can be adjusted in two steps depending on the width of your shoulders.)
3.The hood should be worn with the fixing strap facing forward and downward.
4.Hang the cord for fixing the hood on the button of the shirt as appropriate. If you want to adjust the length, please tie the string at an adaptable length as shown in the *1 image, make a hanging hole and hook it.
5.The graduation hat is completed with the tassel hanging down on the left front side.

During the above period, please come to the service counter of the designated receiving store during its business hours.
*1 Please bring a copy of your receipt with you.
Return (rental only)
Please return the gown and bring a copy of your receipt with you to the receiving store by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday,March 27.
*1 Please be sure to return the gown bag that will be given to you.
If you lose it, you will be charged 300 yen.
*2 500 yen will be charged for late returns.
100 yen will be added for each business day late.
Example: March 29(Friday): Overdue fee 500 yen + additional fee 100 yen = 600 yen
*3 In case of damage, defacement, or loss of goods due to intentional or negligent acts, the customer will be charged for cleaning or repair costs.
